Accipiter Class Fighter

The Terran Alliance Accipiter Class Fighter is the main fighter and the pinnacle of Alliance technology. They are carried aboard the Conqueror class Battlecruiser. It carries a single pilot and is armed with two superion rapid fire cannons.

Manufactured on the industrial world of Mars these fighters, while not as fast as the Colonial Viper, are more maneuverable especially in atmosphere. Their weapons systems are also not as powerful or as accurate as the Colonial weapons systems. Their pilots, however, are highly skilled. So skilled, in fact, that they would be classed as elite in the Colonial Armed Forces.
